Expertise and experience

Siobhan is a solicitor specialising in mental capacity law. She supports vulnerable clients to ensure their rights and views are promoted and respected.

Siobhan trained with Miles & Partners, gaining experience in housing law, mental health and mental capacity, and family law during her training contract.

Prior to joining Miles & Partners, Siobhan volunteered in the pro bono legal services team for Advocates for International Development, a charity which ensures legal support is available for international organisations working towards the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals in the global fight against poverty. She has also worked as a fundraising coordinator for Key4Life, a charity that delivers a rehabilitation programme to young people in prison and those at risk of going to prison.
