Expertise and experience
Rachel is one of our trainee solicitors and will undertake her first seat in family law in the care team.
She will gain experience of public law children proceedings and the surrounding issues such as family breakdown, domestic abuse and child protection. She will support a specialist children’s lawyer who acts for children as well as manage her own cases acting for parents.
She has a particular focus on supporting vulnerable clients as they navigate the care system and the care proceedings process.
Prior to joining Miles & Partners, Rachel worked for a national education charity which operates local learning centres supporting young people from less advantaged backgrounds. She also previously volunteered for the advice charity, Citizens Advice.
