Expertise and experience
Rachel is one of our trainee solicitors and will gain experience in family, housing and public law.
She has completed seats in both public and private family law, gaining a strong understanding of care proceedings as well as working on complex private law cases (including cases with an international element, relocation cases and child abduction).
She is currently sitting in the housing department where she will gain experience across a variety of housing law cases including judicial review claims.
Prior to joining Miles & Partners, Rachel worked for a national education charity. She also previously volunteered for the advice charity, Citizens Advice.
She has a particular focus on supporting vulnerable clients as they navigate complex legal processes.
