Expertise and experience

As one of our trainee solicitors Olivia will gain experience of family law including matrimonial matters and care proceedings.

During Olivia’s time as a legal assistant in our matrimonial team she has developed a particular interest in the disentanglement of matrimonial finances, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and their enforceability and implications on financial settlement and surrogacy, adoption, fertility and modern families.

Before joining Miles & Partners Olivia worked in the charitable sector as a youth worker, delivering workshops to, and working one-to-one with young people in the Clapham Park Estate area.

Olivia has also previously volunteered at youth centres and worked with young people from marginalised communities in areas of economic need, as well as at the BPP Legal Advice Clinic.
