Expertise and experience

Kimberley is one of our trainee solicitors, and she will be gaining experience in housing law, mental health and capacity law, and family law during her training contract. Kimberley assists other solicitors as well as conducting her own cases, advising and representing clients at court in certain matters.

She has a particular interest in family law cases which contain elements of complex financial matters, to include pensions and substantial real estate.

Prior to joining Miles & Partners, Kimberley worked as a caseworker in the Secured Debt team at the Legal Aid Agency. Kimberley also worked as a court clerk and as a paralegal at a Family Law firm.

Graduated from the University of Leicester with a 2:1 degree in Law
Completed the Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Law, Business and Management
Worked as a caseworker at the Legal Aid Agency
Joined Miles & Partners
Started her training contract
