Expertise and experience

As one of our trainee solicitors, Ivan will gain experience within the Court of Protection – mental health and capacity, and matrimonial matters.

During Ivan’s time as a Legal Assistant at Miles & Partners, Ivan gained legal experience assisting one of our partners within the area of mental health and capacity.

Prior to joining Miles & Partners, Ivan gained substantial experience within sales and marketing at numerous multinational corporations during his career before deciding to enter the legal sector.

Ivan has also volunteered at the South West London Law Centre in Croydon and has a particular interest in litigation and family matters.

It also means reminding clients to stay focused on the objectives that they wish to attain. It is about working as team on complex legal cases which often involves other areas of the law.
