Expertise and experience

As one of our trainee solicitors, Eida will gain experience within the Court of Protection – mental health and capacity.

During Eida’s time as a Legal Assistant at Miles & Partners, she has developed a keen passion and interest in supporting vulnerable clients, particularly those with additional communication needs. Eida has experience working with young people and adults with autism and learning disabilities and takes a creative approach to communication with clients.

Before joining Miles & Partners, Eida worked as a support worker and specialist teaching assistant, gaining significant experience working with children with special educational needs and mental health conditions and their families. As a result, Eida has developed specialist communication tools including Makaton sign language and PECS.

Eida has delivered firm-wide autism training and will be developing her experience within mental health and capacity with a focus on client communication.
