Expertise and experience

Chevonne is a trainee solicitor and she will gain experience in family law (care proceedings and child protection) and Court of Protection matters during her training contract.

During Chevonne’s time as a legal assistant at Miles and Partners, she has predominantly worked on welfare cases in the Court of Protection brought under s16 and s21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005. She has extensive experience assisting on cases in which instructions are given by the Official Solicitor.

Prior to joining Miles and Partners, Chevonne worked as a legal assistant assisting solicitors on family and probate cases in a law firm in London.

Chevonne is a member of Young Legal Aid Lawyers.
