Congratulations to Jasper and Musonda on their qualification as solicitors!
We are delighted to announce that on 1 September 2021 two of our trainee solicitors Jasper Blumenthal and Musonda Phiri completed their training contracts and became fully qualified solicitors.
Both have been working towards this achievement for many years and have overcome many unforeseen obstacles during the coronavirus pandemic. Throughout their training contracts at Miles & Partners in London, they have gained a wide range of experience in housing law, mental health and capacity law, and family law.
Jasper joined Miles & Partners in 2018. He originally worked in the mental capacity department assisting Andrew Bowmer on a range of Court of Protection cases. More recently he worked in the housing and community care department, assisting Lou Crisfield and Rajea Sultana. Some of his recent experience includes securing suitable accommodation from the council for homeless clients and filing a successful complaint against a local authority for breach of several duties.
