Expertise and experience

Jasper is a solicitor in the housing and community care department.

He works on housing cases in relation to homelessness, possession and disrepair. He also works on community care cases and public law matters, including judicial review.

Some recent experience of Jasper’s includes:

securing suitable accommodation from the council for homeless clients;
informing vulnerable clients of their legal rights under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996; and
filing a successful complaint against a local authority for breach of several duties.
